Pragma-IoT, in collaboration with the Architectural Aluminum Academy, the Innovation and Skills Development Centre for the architectural aluminium systems industry, and the subsidiary of ALUMIL, a leading global aluminium manufacturer, is proud to announce the upcoming 4th xChange event in Athens.
This event will showcase digital costing tools for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the aluminium sector and highlight ways of digital growth. It is dedicated to presenting the ADMA TranS4MErs project and its second Open Call, which aims to support SMEs in their efforts for digitalisation and green transition.
Certified TranS4MErs will present the ADMA Scan-Project tool and the ADMA TranS4MErs xChange platform, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of the ADMA methodology. This event offers SMEs a unique opportunity to explore and adopt innovative digital solutions, thus enhancing their potential for sustainable growth and competitiveness.
Key speakers present
Antonis Amanios, Business Consultant at Architectural Aluminium Academy, will analyze in detail the different types of costs faced by SMEs in the aluminium industry. He will explain how each type of cost affects the profitability and overall financial performance of a business. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of fixed and variable costs, as well as direct and indirect costs, allowing them to make more informed decisions to improve their efficiency and profitability.
Vangelis Papanikolaou, Digital Business Development Manager at Alumil, will present Build, an advanced digital tool designed for real-time cost monitoring and management. He will show how Build can help SMEs to identify their costs, predict future costs and make strategic decisions that will improve their financial performance quickly and easily.
Continuing the event, Panagiotis Tsarchopoulos, a certified TranS4Mer involved in the project, will introduce attendees to the ADMA Scan-Project tool and the ADMA TranS4MErs xChange Platform. During this presentation, participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the functionalities and benefits of these tools, which are designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their digital transformation and green development initiatives.
